Synergy Dance® provides national delivery for the PFP leisure app and Everyone Active. We are School Engagement Partners with Active Surrey and work in partnership with Guildford Spectrum Leisure Complex, Ash Manor Sports Centre, King Alfred Leisure Centre and many other Freedom Leisure venues in Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex. We bring fun, fit-for-purpose dance, yoga and fitness activities to the disability, elderly and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) communities, alongside our mainstream activities. Our outreach programme stimulates positive change, removing barriers to enable marginalised or disadvantaged young people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. We are solving the problems of rising obesity and sedentary lifestyles. Exciting classes include audio dance and yoga for the blind and visually impaired. Workouts and courses are adapted to suit the needs of children, teenagers, adults and seniors experiencing long-term health conditions. Our all-inclusive fitness and movement activities are affordable and accessible.
